What does the hinge assembly do on a truss dock?
DAKA's hinge assembly fits all of its truss-style docks. It lets a long dock with two or more wheel systems flex over an uneven shoreline, and it lets longer roll-in docks move in and out as one piece. DAKA says wheel sets should be no more than 40 ft apart.
Should I choose an adjustable or fixed shore end wheel kit?
An adjustable shore end wheel kit lets you set the height of the shore end to match the bank, which helps where the ground isn't level with the dock. A fixed kit sets one height. Both are galvanized with plastic wheels and help roll the dock in and out.
How much weight does the kayak rack hold?
DAKA rates its storage rack to hold two kayaks, paddle boards or canoes, up to 200 lb total. The furniture set includes two chairs and a table, and DAKA rates each chair at 250 lb. Check the rest of the listings for fit with truss-style docks.
