What do guide-ons do on a boat lift?
Guide-ons help line the boat up over the bunks as you drive onto the lift, which DAKA notes is especially useful when landing in rough water. DAKA offers full-length aluminum/vinyl and wood/carpet horizontal guide-ons and PVC vertical post guides. Match the length to your lift.
What is the DAKA Lift Leveler?
The Lift Leveler is a 5 ft aluminum three-leg jack with a Dutton Lainson ratchet winch. DAKA rates it to lift 250 lb and designed it to raise an unloaded lift so you can adjust the legs or mount wheels. It is not for lifting a lift with a boat on it.
Which screw jack leveling legs fit my lift?
DAKA lists screw jack legs by lift capacity. External legs come in standard 2-1/2 in. square for 2,000 to 3,000 lb lifts and heavy duty 3-1/2 in. square for 4,000 to 5,000 lb lifts. Internal leg sets are listed for 3,000, 4,000/5,000 and 6,000/7,000 lb lifts.
