4′ x 8′ Universal Section, Aluminum/Cedar

The 4 ft. x 8 ft. section is the standard building block of a DAKA truss dock. It fits in a pickup bed, goes together in any length or layout, and the aluminum frame weighs about 51 lb, so one or two people can handle it at install and removal. A 12 in. deep truss with full-length stringers and corner-to-corner bracing keeps the deck rigid under foot.
