Includes: 1 frame, 2 kicker braces, cross support angle, 2 sleeve brackets, wheel uprights, axle, 2 plastic wheels, washers, cotter pins
Wheels: rotomolded plastic, will not go flat

Wheel height is set about 2 in. below the frame during assembly.
