Blue Ridge 10’x24′ Slip Dock Kit with Swim Platform

The Blue Ridge 10’x24′ Slip Dock Kit with Swim Platform

Our 10’x24′ slip dock with a swim platform bolted to the right walkway, flush with the lake end. The slip has 4′ walkways on both sides, a 4′ tie section at the shore end and a 4’x24′ gangway with handrails. The swim platform gives you room to swim, fish and sit on the water next to your boat.

Choose your options

• Swim platform: 10’x10′, 12’x12′, 12’x16′ or 12’x28′ (12′ out from the dock and 16′ or 28′ along the side).
• Decking: concrete pavers, 5/4 treated wood or Ultradeck Rustic composite.
• Roof: with or without a reverse gable roof over the slip dock.

Roof package (roof options only)

• Reverse gable roof over the slip dock, 19′ x 32′, about 608 sq ft. The swim platform stays open.
• 26-gauge metal panels with ridge cap, in a range of colors.
• 17 to 19 galvanized 2.5″ square posts with post bumpers, plus galvanized Z-purlins. Where the swim platform blocks a post, the post across the walkway gets a welded gusset.
• No-roof kits include a galvanized support Z-purlin across the lake end of the slip, with post bumpers.

Key features

• Steel frames: 12″ tall galvanized box truss frames, welded at our shop in Marion, IL and hot-dip galvanized.
• Warranty: 5-year structural warranty on Blue Ridge-built frames.
• Floats: DPI encapsulated floats, spaced evenly and set flush with every free end and side of the frames, so no part of the dock hangs past a float. Floats are sized for each option so the deck rides 18″ or more above the water and still shows at least 3″ of float with a full load of people on it, with no more than 8′ between floats. Any leveling ballast (concrete pavers) is listed on the packing list.
• Pre-assembly: decking and fascia are installed at our shop before the kit ships.
• Fascia: cedar-color Ultradeck Rustic cladding on paver and composite kits; 5/4 treated wood on wood kits.
• Anchoring: two 21′ mudpole anchors with galvanized collars and caps.
• Hardware: heavy-duty Blue Ridge gangway bracket sets and all frame bolt hardware.

What’s not included

• Freight and delivery: free pickup in Marion, IL. Local delivery is $100 within 50 driving miles and $200 within 100 miles; farther is quoted by freight. Nothing ships until you approve the quote.
• Installation: quoted separately based on shoreline, water depth and location. Install crews are typically booked at least 4 weeks out.
• Permits, site work and anything not listed above.

Good to know

• Kits are built to order and are not returnable. Orders can be canceled if nothing has been ordered or fabricated yet.
• Galvanized frames take 3 to 4 weeks. Full kit timelines vary by options, season and material availability.
• Financing is available at checkout, with larger financing options through Hearth.
